03/22/2025 EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - 125 new apartments proposed on West Shores

We have been informed about a development project that is in the early stages for the West Shores Marina commercial lots.  The development consists of two apartment buildings which would bring a total of 125 ADDITIONAL residential units to our community.  We have obtained the “Conditional Use Permit” application which has been presented to the City of Omaha planning board.  The application can be found on our Web site following this link which includes site plans and conceptual drawings.  One of the partners in the development company is a West Shores resident.

Two very important dates are coming up.  The first is a developer meeting for the neighborhood.  This notice was sent via US mail to all residents late last week by the developer.  We have included it in this email as well. All residents are encouraged to attend the meetings and provide feedback on the plans.
