2022 ANNUAL MEETING, BOARD ELECTION
& RELATED INFO
The Annual Meeting is set for 7:00 pm on Monday, January 17, 2022 and will be conducted by zoom webinar.
The webinar will include video and a powerpoint presentation that you will be able to see on a computer or a smartphone. You might also cast it to a big screen for an evening of family fun!
All lot owner participants are muted throughout and will not be able to transmit video, however, lot owners may submit questions using the zoom webinar interface that will be grouped and answered by the board, as appropriate, later in the meeting.

BOARD MEMBER ELECTION
There are two candidates for the two open board seats, and both are incumbents for those seats. They are Carl Bortol and Mark Dunbar. Their names are hyperlinks to candidate statements. Electronic voting via Election Buddy was utilized, and Cheryl Osterloh was election administrator. Both candidates were re-elected. They join the other current board members Bruce Meyer, Jana Wheatley-Renault, Cheryl Osterloh, Mike Ostlund and Don Hansen.
APPROVAL OF LAST YEAR’S
ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES
On other required vote on the electronic ballot is the approval of the meeting minutes from the annual lot owner’s meeting that occured last year, on January 7, 2021. Those minutes are included in the document links above. The minutes were approved.
