BOARD MEMBER ELECTION
Cheryl Osterloh, Don Hansen and Mike Ostlund were elected to the HOA Board. Osterloh and Hansen will serve three year terms, while Ostlund will complete the remainder of a vacant two year term. They join Carl Bortol, Jana Wheatley-Renault, Bruce Meyer and Mark Dunbar, whose terms continue.
RESTAURANT SURVEY
The restaurant survey showed overwhelming support if a quality restaurant were to be built at the marina, with 92% of lot owners indicating their family expected to spend at least $50-100 per month. The vote tally was 95 (66%) lot owners expecting to spend $100 or more, 37 (26%) expecting to spend $50 or more, and 11 (8%) expecting to spend little. The foregoing reflect the voting on 150 ballots submitted, allowing only one vote per lot and further allowing only one vote for owners having multiple lots. There were 143 ballots counted, plus 7 abstentions.
